I have about 15k worth of debt and have tried the application was denied to two companies for a debt consolidation loan and on the two events. I believed about what you try, another of the posters advised, creating to the individual organizations threating a voluntary bankruptcy purchase. I have about 10k in the financial institution, but I do not want to borrow from that lender because I would not be capable to use the funds in my account. My credit is only good. What other choices do I have? Thanks Very best Solution:

response from Chick Model Flyers I’m in the exact same boat …
15k in debt. I have not bothered to get a consolidation loan simply because I knew I would not even get authorized. What I do know is to go Cash Management International, since I did not sign up to insolvency. http://www.moneymanagement.org I have a debt management plan. This program is equivalent to a bankruptcy, you may possibly not have credit cards (closed all accounts) and you can not do everything finanzieren.Die variations … 1) No “bankruptcy” on your credit report for 7 or a lot more years.2 ) completely optional. You do not have not at any creditors and your creditors could accept any proposal. For this explanation, the very first two months, a tiny weighty on the Nerven.3) You may possibly terminate the Strategy at any time. … But your creditors demand immediate payment in total are owed every little thing and not to them a willingness to make a deal to zählen.4) If you can make a payment on the debt management program, your creditors (and will probably fail) to terminate their participation if they want.

If you have 10k in the bank, why not use half of it on your debt. That would make things much more manageable.

Then get yourself on a written budget and attack the other 7500.

There is a great place to go with this. I was in a very similar situation.

This is getting help from real people without the use of banks or credit card companies. Good Luck!
