Bernard Madoff gets lifer
The 150- million ponzi scheme pulled off by Bernard madoff was great though it caused a lot of pain and trouble to many people mostly who were Jews.
The scheme requested people to apply for fraudulent insurance and other legal necessities requiring them to write of their hard earned to this man for safe keeping. Little did they know that Bernard Madoff was the devil in disguise and wanted all the money and investments for himself. He swindled millions of innocent people for the want of money and rendered many of them without a shelter over their head.
Once people got to know of the faux pas they began to clamor for their rights and Bernard Madoff was asked to put forth his scheme plan.
Authorities investigating found evidence that linked him to the fraud and promptly arrested him. He was presented in the US court house in the first week of July 2009 and was given a sentence of 150 years in prison for his multi- million dollar ponzi scheme which liquidated the assets of many people.
